Tybee Island

This northernmost of Georgia's barrier island is one of only four accessible by automobile. Sapelo Island

Sapelo Island is accessible by a thirty-minute ferry ride departing from Meridian. Richmond Hill

SWAMP TOUR

Kingsland

Located four miles north of the Florida line, Kingsland is in close proximity to nationally acclaimed attractions such as Cumberland Island National Seashore, Laurel Island Links Golf Course and the Okefenokee Swamp National Wildlife Refuge. Dating back to the mid-1500’s, some of the nation’s oldest history in an integral part of this area. You can go Kayaking, Fishing or on a Colonial Coast Birding Trail.

Folkston

Visit Folkston, the gateway to the beautiful Okefenokee Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, which has long been the source of myth, lore and legend. The land of the "trembling earth", as the Indians called it, is a vast 700 square mile wilderness of grasslands, wetlands, lakes and peat bog islands anchored by towering cypress trees growing from still, dark water. You may also visit the Train Museum, the Historic Mizell House or Charlton County Courthouse.

Hinesville

Hinesville is part of Liberty County, which has held a mystical power over explorers for centuries. Waycross
